Brian Gurley, Financial director

As Chief Financial Officer, Brian Gurley will lead the financial operations of Richardson-based technology company Enseo, overseeing growth strategies in the hospitality, retirement home and education sectors. Prior to joining Enseo, Gurley served as CFO of Magnitude Software for two years, where he focused on accounting, treasury, and more. Gurley also previously served as Director and Senior Consultant to the CFO at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory.

James Murray-Coleman, Sustainability Director

In his new role, James Murray-Coleman will work with funding partners and TCC teams around the world to assess and implement new sustainability strategies. He will also develop TCC’s new partnership with Altus Power. Prior to his recent promotion, Murray-Coleman served as Senior Vice President of TCC for 24 years, where he was responsible for all aspects of design, rights, permits and approvals for new commercial developments.

Johnathan Jordan, Vice President of Legal Affairs

Johnathan Jordan previously served as a litigation and esports attorney at Kane Russel Coleman Logan in Dallas. In his new role at Dallas-based Envy Gaming, Jordan will oversee the legal aspects of business, including entertainment, live events, professional esports players, and more. Jordan is also an organizer of DFW Esports Meetups and a board member of the Esports Trade Association.

Sarah Anderson joined Newmark in 2019 and is now responsible for originating senior housing debt and structured finance across the United States after being promoted from her most recent role as Managing Director. Prior to joining Newmark, she was Director of the HFF National Seniors Housing Group, where she was involved in nationwide exclusive brokerage services, existing assets, new builds and pre-sales.
