Locally Based Engineering Company Acquires Runge

Tatham Engineering (“Tatham”), a multidisciplinary civil engineering consulting firm, announced that it had acquired the shares of Collingwood-based Runge Engineering (“Runge”) on July 1, 2021. Runge will focus on engineering electrical and mechanical an asset for Tatham, who currently specializes in land use planning, municipal infrastructure renewal, structure, bridges, transportation, water resources, coastal engineering and water engineering and wastewater.

Runge’s team of 16 employees joined Tatham on July 1. However, they will continue to operate as Runge Engineering for the immediate future to ensure a smooth transition.
